Shipping policy

Prints and mounted prints are safely packed and dispatched with full insurance and tracking. Your package will require a photo and signature on delivery.

Where possible, we will endeavour to hand deliver originals to you. Otherwise, these will be safely packed and despatched to you.

We aim to dispatch all orders for in-stock prints within 3 working days, and will send you the tracking number. Please note that certain prints and commissions are printed to order and we will keep in touch with you about a delivery date.

If there are any concerns about your package whereabouts or it not arriving on time, we will speak on the phone and keep in touch to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

Upon delivery, please check the parcel carefully for signs of possible damage and, if relevant, please sign as ‘Damaged’ and contact us within one working day by phoning +44 (0)7886 129534or emailing info@atfirstsightgallery.com
